Handling Precautions: During transportation, handle the crucibles with care, avoiding any rough handling or impacts that could damage the protective layer on the crucible surface. Rolling should also be avoided to prevent surface damage.
Preheating Procedure: Before use, preheat the crucible near the drying equipment or furnace. Gradually heat the crucible from low to high temperatures while continuously turning it to ensure even heating and eliminate any moisture trapped in the crucible. The preheating temperature should be raised gradually, starting from 100 to 400 degrees.
