● The silicon nitride hollow rotor is used to remove hydrogen gas from aluminum water. Nitrogen or argon gas is introduced through the hollow rotor at high speed to disperse the gas and neutralize and discharge the hydrogen gas.

● Compared to graphite rotors, silicon nitride is not oxidized in high-temperature environments, providing a service life of over one year without contaminating the aluminum water.

Its outstanding resistance to thermal shock ensures that the silicon nitride rotor will not fracture during frequent intermittent operations, reducing downtime and labor intensity.

● The high-temperature strength of silicon nitride ensures stable operation of the rotor at high speeds, enabling the design of higher-speed degassing equipment.

Usage Precautions

● To ensure the long-term stable operation of the silicon nitride rotor, carefully adjust the concentricity of the rotor shaft and the transmission shaft during initial installation.

● For safety reasons, uniformly preheat the product at temperatures above 400°C before use. Avoid placing the rotor solely on top of the aluminum water for heating, as this may not achieve uniform preheating of the rotor shaft.

● To extend the product's service life, it is recommended to perform surface cleaning and maintenance regularly (every 12-15 days) and check the fastening flange bolts.

● If visible swing of the rotor shaft is detected, stop the operation and readjust the concentricity of the rotor shaft to ensure it falls within a reasonable error range.
