Graphite Silicon Carbide Carbon Crucible for Non-Ferrous Melting

Features

Through the implementation of isostatic pressing technology and advanced equipment, we have created top-level silicon carbide graphite crucibles. Our crucibles are made from carefully selected refractory materials, such as silicon carbide and natural graphite, which are mixed in specific proportions through a complex formulation process. These crucibles offer many advantages including high density, extreme temperature resistance, efficient heat transfer, and unrivaled protection against acid and alkali corrosion. In addition, they emit very little carbon and exhibit superior mechanical strength when exposed to high temperatures while remaining resistant to oxidation, allowing them to last three to five times longer than clay-graphite crucibles.

Application

The furnace types that can be used for support are coke furnace, oil furnace, natural gas furnace, electric furnace, high frequency induction furnace and more.

This graphite carbon crucible is suitable for smelting various metals, including gold, silver, copper, aluminum, lead, zinc, medium carbon steel, rare metals and other non-ferrous metals.

Advantages

Antioxidant: designed with antioxidant properties and uses high-purity raw materials to protect the graphite; high antioxidant performance is 5-10 times that of ordinary graphite crucibles.

Efficient heat transfer: facilitated by the use of high thermal conductivity material, dense organization, and low porosity which promote fast thermal conductivity.

Prolonged durability: when compared to standard clay graphite crucibles, the crucible's extended lifespan can be increased by 2 to 5 times for various types of materials.

Exceptional density: Ultra-modern isostatic pressing techniques are employed to attain superior density, resulting in a uniform and flawless material output.

Strengthened Materials: The combination of top-notch raw materials and precise high-pressure molding techniques leads to a sturdy material that is resistant to wear and fracture.
