Our furnace for melting aluminum is a unique melting and holding furnace for non-ferrous metals including aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, zinc, and so on. 1. Our furnace has a higher melting efficiency, up to 90-95%, while traditional electric furnaces are 50-75%. The power-saving effect is as high as 30%.
2. Our furnace has higher uniformity when melting metal, which can improve product quality, reduce porosity, and enhance mechanical performance.
3. Our induction furnace has a faster production speed, up to 2-3 times faster. This will improve productivity and shorten production time.
4.The more precise temperature control system of our furnace has better temperature control with a tolerance of +/-1-2°C, compared to +/- 5-10°C for traditional electric furnaces. This will improve product quality and reduce the scrap rate.
