Our industrial energy-saving furnace, used the most up-to-date high frequency electromagnetic induction technology, had a number of features that can help you saving maintenance, cutting down energy cost and improving productivity and efficiency in your industrial processes. Our furnace for melting aluminum is a unique melting and holding furnace for non-ferrous metals including aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, zinc, and so on. The processing of metal ingots and the foundry industries can use it.

Compared with traditional electric furnace

1. Our furnace has a higher melting efficiency, up to 90-95%, while traditional electric furnaces are 50-75%. The power-saving effect is as high as 30%.

2. Our furnace has higher uniformity when melting metal, which can improve product quality, reduce porosity, and enhance mechanical performance.

3. Our induction furnace has a faster production speed, up to 2-3 times faster. This will improve productivity and shorten production time.

4.The more precise temperature control system of our furnace has better temperature control with a tolerance of +/-1-2°C, compared to +/- 5-10°C for traditional electric furnaces. This will improve product quality and reduce the scrap rate.
