We provide a 1 year quality warranty. During warranty time, we will replace parts for free if any problems happen. In addition, we provide lifetime technical support and other assistance.
How to install your furnace?
Our furnace are easy to install, with only two cables needing to be connected. We provide paper installation instructions and videos for our temperature control system, and our team is available to assist with installation until the customer is comfortable with operating the machine.
Which export port you use?
We can export our products from any port in China, but typically use Ningbo and Qingdao ports. However, we are flexible and can accommodate customer preferences.
How about the payment terms and delivery time ?
For small machines, we require 100% payment in advance through T/T, Western Union, or cash. For larger machines and larger orders, we require a 30% deposit and 70% payment before shipment.
