● Low wettability with aluminum, effectively reducing slag accumulation inside and outside the riser, minimizing downtime losses and reducing daily maintenance intensity.
● It has good corrosion resistance, effectively reduces aluminum pollution, and is conducive to improving the quality of castings.
● Please install the fixed flange patiently before installation, and use high-temperature sealing materials that meet the requirements.
● For safety reasons, the product should be preheated above 400°C before use.
● In order to prolong the service life of the product, it is recommended to clean and maintain the surface regularly every 7-10 days.
